This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: Policy) describes which of your personal data we collect, how we process it, and for what purposes we use it, as well as your rights related to your data.

(hereinafter: “Hotels Concept” or “we”) processes the personal data of users of its services and visitors to the website www.immo-concept.hr in accordance with applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).
We respect your privacy and process personal data fairly and lawfully, solely on the basis of valid legal grounds, i.e., in accordance with your consents for processing.
2. Methods and purposes of personal data processing
Promotional messages
Access to the website is free and does not require registration. If you wish to receive promotional messages about our services and properties, you can choose to simply subscribe your email address in the web form, without the need for registration. At any time, you can opt out of receiving promotional messages by selecting the provided option to withdraw consent in the received promotional message.
Surveys and questionnaires
Through surveys and questionnaires, we collect information about your satisfaction with our services and other useful data to tailor them to your needs and for the purposes of promoting public relations. The results of conducted surveys or questionnaires are strictly summarized and anonymous. To participate in surveys or questionnaires, you register with your email address through the web form.
Promotional contests and competitions
We occasionally organize contests and other competitions. The personal data we collect in this manner is processed solely for the purpose of implementing the contest or competition (e.g., announcing the names of winners for contacting the winners, delivering prizes, etc.). To participate in a contest or competition, we need your name, surname, email, contact phone number, and address for prize delivery. If necessary, we may ask for additional information that will be defined in the rules of the contest or competition (e.g., account number). We will delete the collected data after 12 months from the date of announcing the winners.
If you have agreed to receive promotional messages on the application form for the contest or competition, you can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by selecting the provided option to withdraw consent in the received promotional message.

If you contact us with your inquiries, the data you provide will be processed solely to provide the requested information. After responding to your inquiry, we will delete the data you provided.
Personal data necessary for resolving complaints regarding the service is kept for 24 months from the date of receipt in accordance with regulations governing consumer rights.
Open job applications
The data you send us through open job applications is processed solely for the purposes of conducting the selection process for employment and is kept for two years.
3. Recipients of personal data
Hotels Concept d.o.o. will forward your personal data to other recipients solely on the basis of a legal obligation or justified request from an authorized public authority (e.g., courts).
If necessary, personal data will also be forwarded to trusted partners (data processors) for the purposes of providing customer support, maintaining the information system, market research, or similar needs, with mandatory confidentiality and data protection measures.

We process the collected personal data with the mandatory application of appropriate legal, technical, and organizational security measures to prevent any unauthorized processing of data. Access to your personal data is restricted solely to those employees for whom this information is necessary to provide our services.
